Compensation Package – Compensation will constitute salary rate and the benefit package summarized below.(Note: All compensation is based upon working a minimum of 45 hours per week.)

  • Performance Probation – 30-day for all new employees
  • Personal Days – 5 paid personal days per year
  • Vacation Days – 5 days after one year of service and increases 1 day per each additional year of service capping at 15 days for 11 or more years.
  • Earned Paid Day (EPD) – 1 EPD for every 15 hotel nights or 20 extended and/or off-shifts.
  • Paid Holidays – New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
  • Medical Insurance – Available the first of the month following 90-days of service, Blue Cross/Blue Shield
    • Single Rate– RPM pays 70% of the single rate (single rate as of 4-1-21 is $495.51/month)
      • Employees’ financial responsibility is $148.65/month.
    • Family Rate– RPM pays 70% of the single rate plus 50% of the difference between the single and family rate (family rate as of 4-1-21 is $1,238.80/month).
      • Employees’ financial responsibility is $520.30/month.
    • After an employee has been employed for 3 years, RPM will pay an additional 1% for each year of employment, up to a maximum additional of 15%.
  • Dental Insurance – Available the first of the month following 90-days of service, Delta Dental
    • Single Rate– RPM pays $24.00 of $41.20
      • Employees’ financial responsibility is $17.20/month.
    • Family Rate– RPM pays $51.00 of $105.10
      • Employees’ financial responsibility is $54.10/month.
  • SIMPLE Retirement Program – Available the first of the following month after one year of service. RPM matches employee investment up to 3% of employee salary. Employee investments are pretax.
  • Employee Assistance Program – No charge to the employee up to 5 visits/consultations.
  • Safety Glasses – RPM pays $25.00 towards prescription safety glasses once per year.
  • Company Family Picnic and Holiday Dinner – No cost to employee or employees’ guest(s).
  • Thanksgiving – RPM pays for a turkey and a ham for all employees.
  • RPM Logo Clothing – RPM pays 50% for shirts and jackets with RPM logo.
  • Travel – RPM pays travel expenses for company business.

This is a salaried position. A review will be performed after 90-days, as well as annually at/near the hiring anniversary. Any pay increases will be based on employee’s safety and performance. Profit sharing bonuses are paid depending on company’s annual profits. Typical profit sharing bonuses may range from 0-10% of annual salary.
